EMC Documentum xCP BPM
There is a great untapped potential in EMC Documentum. Enable the xCP BPM module to add a process layer to support your business needs. Current project is for ABB and introduction of xCP BPM enterprise wide. First phase support project execution for a business unit in Switzerland. End to end workflow "guiding" the users with tasks through the whole project life-cycle.

What method do we apply
We strongly believe in the value BPM brings working close together with the business and fast prototypes that can be verified by key users.

From customer experience normally we do the following:

• First initial meeting with customer. We listen to the needs and show the capabilities of Documentum xCP BPM
• Convert existing models into BPMN format.  It does not matter which format you have, some examples, PowerPoint, flow charts, camera images :)
• Select one process not to simple but clearly give a business value and implement in Documentum xCP BPM
• Expand xCP BPM enterprise wide for other processes
